巨人のシチュ―ハウス (kyojin no stewhouse, meaning the Giant's Stewhouse)
Hello, my name is Alan Fisher, I'm from Dundalk, in Ireland and I opened Kyojin no Stewhouse (The Giant's Stewhouse) in Feb 2015 with the goal of using food as a doorway to share a little bit of Irish Culture with people here in Japan.
Our menu is centered around traditional Irish Soups and Stews and we take great care to keep our food and the experience as authentic as possible.
Our little shop is located in Togoshi Ginza, on the busy Shotengai or market street. The Togoshi Ginza Shotengai is the largest in Tokyo with a wide variety of old and modern shops. Well worth a walk around if you're ever in the area.
To further spread a little bit Irish culture here in Japan I also started 2 other business initiatives:
#1: Kyojin Books - with the launch of my first fantasy novel "A Giant's Dream". Using original content to share a little bit of Irish culture.
#2: Kyojin Imports - with the launch of several high quality Irish products. For example, Belfast Lager and Maggies Leap Pale Ale.
Seamus O’Hara originally opened in 2007 at a station called Meguro in downtown Tokyo. Recently, we moved to a different location which is just a short walk from Musashi koyama station. Our cozy little pub is the only one in this area. When we moved location, our goal was to recreate a countryside Irish pub here in the heart of Tokyo.
In order to do so, we asked a talented Irish Designer to help us renovate a 50-year-old traditional Japanese house into what Seamus O’Hara is today.
An SÓLÁS is an Irish/Japanese owned pub located in the heart of Tokyo. We first opened our doors in September 2014 and quickly established a reputation as having some of the best homemade pub food in the city.
With trad music sessions on regularly and live sports on our screens, there are tons of reasons to come and join us for a night to hazily remember!!!
Whether you're in the mood for a night on the town with the lads or ladies, or out for a meal with the family, An SÓLÁS is a little piece of Ireland in Japan. Come to An SÓLÁS, your home from home.
The store faces the Sunken Garden of Gate city Osaki. Customers can relax while looking at a large courtyard from the shop. They can smoke on the terrace seats also and we gladly welcome both people working locally or anyone just passing by.
We have cocktails, Irish Beer and Whiskey, and the meal prepares traditional Irish food and pub food. We open from 11:00 and you can stop by through lunchtime, teatime & dinnertime. We prepare for an advantageous happy hour or the banquet plan. There is no charge or the service charge, please come to even the group in one cup of drink and meal, one willingly.

Brennan's Irish Bar
Hello, Liam Brennan from county Limerick here, I am the owner of Brennan’s Irish Bar out in Chiba, basically the suburbs of Tokyo.
I opened my bar back in 2011 in a very local area. I just wanted to give Japanese people a different drinking experience and a nice comfy welcoming pub to allow people to meet new friends because as the Irish say “there are no strangers just friends you have yet to meet”.
I also wanted to allow them to experience some Irish culture and of course let them experience the “Craic”. We here at Brennan’s are proud to offer one of the finest pints of Guinness, lager and a nice selection whiskeys, cocktails and bottled drinks.
So, if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Tokyo I’ll be here.
